NEW ESTIMATOR TRAINING

Brand new estimators learn how to navigate through CCC, correct file documentation, use of P-Pages, and how to identify the different components of a vehicle from bumper assemblies to structure and restraint systems. This course is for people who do not have estimating skills.

INTERMEDIATE ESTIMATING TRAINING

Learn how to write a detailed estimate utilizing information contained in CCC1 to include foot notes, head notes, and P-Pages along with manufacturer repair procedures. Gain a greater understanding of how to inspect today’s complex vehicles and how to document accurate repair estimates. Participants are encouraged to engage in discussion and the training to better understand the business of writing and negotiating estimates, profitability, technician management, and time management.
